Refund Policy

As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of delivery, giving you the chance to try our products with peace of mind. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund.

If the product has been partially consumed, a deduction will be made for the amount used. Please reach out to us at 019 for any refund-related inquiries.

Refund Process & Conditions:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned product.

  • Products must be properly packed and returned in good condition.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
